She has worked across a wide range of developments, from small blocks to large, complex estates. Jodie understands that successful property management is about more than just processes and paperwork. It is about people, communication, and doing the right thing, even when it is not the easiest option.
Jodie is known for her respectful and caring approach, as well as her attention to detail. She has built trusted relationships with resident directors, landlords, leaseholders, and industry professionals. As a proud Fellow of The Property Institute, Jodie continues to advocate for higher standards, better client care, and more compassionate leadership across the sector.
She is also the founder of Beyond Four Walls, a podcast and platform that explores the human side of the property industry. The focus is on mental health, wellbeing, and the often-unspoken challenges of leadership.
Outside of work, Jodie is passionate about supporting women in business. She also advocates for causes close to her heart, including domestic abuse awareness and dementia care.
