The ACE Awards sit among the most respected events in residential property management. Each year, they bring together professionals from across the UK to celebrate excellence, innovation and leadership. The 2026 ceremony will take place on 19th June at Old Billingsgate in London.

Putting people back at the centre of property management

Jodie Fraser believes good property management puts people first, buildings second.

Through her leadership at JMJ Asset Management and her podcast Beyond Four Walls, Jodie speaks about openly about the realities of working in the sector.  She addresses issues such as burnout, lone working, managing difficult situations and supporting residents through challenging circumstances.

The Wellbeing Champion Award nomination highlights her commitment to creating safer, more supportive environments for property professionals. It also reflects her focus on improving how managing agents communicate with and support residents.

Meanwhile, the Legendary Leadership shortlist recognises her approach to leadership, one built on clarity, accountability and doing the right thing, even when it is not the easiest option.

A moment of recognition, but also responsibility

Commenting on the shortlist, Jodie Fraser said:
“This industry can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be incredibly tough. Being shortlisted for both wellbeing and leadership feels very personal, because they are so closely linked. You cannot lead people properly if you do not understand what they are dealing with day to day, and you cannot look after residents if your teams are burnt out. This recognition isn’t just about me. It reflects the conversations we are starting to have as an industry, and the people who are pushing for things to be done better.”
Jodie Fraser, Head of Asset Management at JMJ, known for empathetic leadership and industry advocacy.
