He is passionate about developing talent, empowering young people and creating environments where people can thrive, in order to maximise potential and produce quality outcomes. 

Jamie draws on his technical and practical background across a breadth of property services to champion and support best practice and ensure high standards are maintained across all aspects of the Group’s delivery.
